Our accounts system will retain some basic customer information which will be used to identify the purchase should any problems arise and to process repeat orders. This data will not be shared with any other company. No credit card information is held on our database.

All credit card details are processed through Google Checkout not onsite.

Cheques
Cheques should be made payable to Alderdesigns.

Shipping
Our standard delivery time is 2 – 3 working days from the time we process your order and receive cleared funds. We will notify you if there are any delays in the despatch of your goods either by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason monies will be refunded to your credit or debit card, or if you have paid by any other method we will return any monies sent to us without delay.

Standard delivery by carrier will be charged at £9.99 for 24hr  (including packaging).
